Hôtel Restaurant Bellevue

A family-run hotel with fifty to one hundred fifty capacity, Bellevue occupies the crest of a hill overlooking the bay. The restaurant was here before rooms were added; cooking remains the focus. Windows run the full south face; at sunset, the room becomes difficult to photograph without blown-out sky. The wine collection is self-directed by the owner—deep in local Provence, scattered in Alsace. Rooms are modest; gathering happens downstairs. Staff numbers are lean; requests take time to fulfill.
