The 60 to 120 guest capacity occupies the main farmhouse and surrounding barns, stone structures dating to the 18th century arranged in a functional layout. The estate maintains small vineyards and produces its own wine; the kitchen sources from these supplies and local markets. The setting asks guests to slow down, not perform.
