Auberge des Moissons

The Auberge of Harvests sits in open countryside where wheat and sugar beet extend to the horizon in all directions. The building is a stone farmhouse with a tall barn attached; the barn's interior has been converted into a dining space with soaring timber roof beams and large doors on both ends, creating cross-ventilation. Capacity: 50–150. The kitchen focuses on grain-based and dairy-based cookery—buckwheat crepes, beef stewed in Champagne, butter-enriched vegetable terrines. The agricultural setting and seasonal products shape every meal.
