Day and Night—Jour et Nuit—is a restaurant with no thematic pretence, serving lunch and dinner in a light-filled space with white tablecloths and floor-to-ceiling windows. The building itself, a converted grain warehouse from the 1960s, offers flexible open-plan interiors that couples can decorate or leave as-is. Capacity: 50–150. The kitchen is technically accomplished but simple in presentation—proper stocks, correct knife work, no foam or tweezers. Wine comes from small Burgundy producers bottled that same year.
