The property's main space opens to a terrace barely wider than the building itself, forcing a linear perspective where the sea becomes the only visual endpoint. Ceremonies gather in a stone courtyard shaded by an ancient wisteria vine; dinners occur in a dining room whose proportions—low ceilings, thick walls—provide acoustical warmth. The kitchen operates at small scale: limited seating, minimal storage, menus built daily around available ingredients and guest preferences. Capacity: 40 to 100 guests maximum.
