Crème de la crème represents a fusion of French technique and North Eastern warmth, created by Séverine, a fully trained French pastry chef who grew up in a tradition of high-quality pâtisserie. She moved to Newcastle seeking familiar community whilst founding her wedding cake business in 2013, drawing on childhood memories of baking with her grandmother in northern France. Her bespoke creations combine classical English baking traditions with continental finishing, using high-quality local suppliers for ingredients. Popular offerings include impressive croquembouche towers and macaron arrangements, each lovingly handcrafted.
