Masseria Palesi

Across Valle d'Itria's undulating meadows, Masseria Palesi surveys vineyards and ancient forests from a limestone ridge accommodating 75 to 140 guests distributed across multiple outdoor and covered spaces. The main masseria stone building and converted barn structures maintain their original material vocabulary—arched ceilings, thick walls, darkened wooden beams carrying centuries of structural history. Wine and oil produced on-site structure every meal; outside catering is prohibited, ensuring production consistency and transparency about sourcing. The property's seasonal cycles govern available dates; pressing season and harvest festivals align some weddings with active agricultural work visible from event spaces. Guest facilities scatter across period structures rather than concentrating in a single hall, maintaining the sensation of inhabiting a working farm rather than a purpose-built venue.
