Rose and Jam Cake Creations began when the founder, who trained in surface pattern design, decided to develop her confectionery skills after years working as a decorator in a Yorkshire patisserie. The aesthetic is clean and modern—emphasising line, subtle florals, and colour contrast. Each wedding cake is made to your specifications and delivered across Yorkshire. The consultation process includes an in-person tasting, usually held on a weekend, giving you a chance to try samples and discuss what works with your vision. Flavours range from classics to experimental—hazelnut praline, peanut butter, peppermint, ginger-based combinations—and the baker is open to developing new flavours if something on the menu doesn't quite fit. Some couples choose different flavours for each tier, which gives guests an element of choice.
