The Icing Centre

The Icing Centre, run by Ann Pickard in Weston-Super-Mare, Somerset, draws on more than 20 years of cake design and decorating expertise. Ann is a trained baker continuously exploring new inspiration sources and evolving her craft. Her work spans vintage aesthetics, novelty themes and romantic designs - each one a visual centrepiece with striking impact. She excels at intricate piped detail work in bold colour schemes and creates sugar-paste figures of the bride and groom as toppers. Cakes range from single tier to seven tiers and include traditional designs as well as cupcake and mini-cake alternatives. All work is handmade from sugar art, including decorative models of people, animals or characters you choose.
