The building retains its original proportions: a pitched roof, a central chimney, small windows. Capacity: 60–180. The interior has been modernised for guest comfort but preserves original beams and stone details. The kitchen focuses on farm-to-table cooking—eggs, cheese, preserved vegetables from the adjoining property. The surrounding fields and tree clusters create a sense of enclosure and privacy. The setting dominates the experience.
