Le Nid des Prés Verts

The Nest of Green Meadows sits in rolling pastureland, surrounded by buttercups and clover fields. The building, a converted farmhouse with stone walls and a new thatch roof, dates to the 17th century. Capacity: 50–150. The dining room opens onto a terrace overlooking the meadows; the kitchen sources dairy, eggs, and produce from adjacent properties. Stone walls and timber ceilings dominate the interior. The setting—isolated from towns, surrounded by grazing land—defines the experience more than the building itself.
