Auberge du Vieux Moulin

Built around a water mill that once ground grain for the region, the Old Mill Auberge retains its original stone walls and operates a restaurant in the millhouse itself, where the old grinding wheels are visible overhead. The miller's cottage now serves as a bar. Capacity is 50–150 across the millhouse dining room and adjacent courtyard (weather permitting). The kitchen sources from nearby farms—duck, pork, fresh greens. In summer, the courtyard, ringed by stone outbuildings and flowering vines, becomes the focal point; winter shifts to the millhouse interior.
