Hostellerie du Vieux Moulin

A hostellery—a term for a working inn, not a hostel—the Old Mill sits at the edge of a forest clearing, its stone walls dating to 1650. The main house contains a dining room with a visible stone chimney and linen-covered tables; the adjoining cottage operates as a bar and lounge. Capacity: 50–150. The courtyard, ringed by stone buildings, offers shelter from wind. The kitchen preserves traditional Burgundian technique: terrines made by hand, stocks clarified by cheesecloth, wine reductions finished with whole butter. Guest rooms sit upstairs.
